The Getty Villa houses the Getty's Greek, Roman, and Etruscan antiquities in a recreation of a Roman country house modeled on the Villa dei Papiri at Herculaneum. Galleries of sculpture, vases, and gems surround formal gardens and a long reflecting pool. Admission is free, though a timed-entry reservation is required.
