The National Gallery

The National Gallery holds the United Kingdom's national collection of Western European painting from the thirteenth century to 1900, on the north side of Trafalgar Square. Van Gogh's Sunflowers, Van Eyck's Arnolfini Portrait, and Turner's The Fighting Temeraire hang among works by Leonardo, Titian, and Velázquez. Admission to the collection is free.
