National Museum of the American Indian

The National Museum of the American Indian presents the histories, cultures, and living traditions of the Native peoples of the Western Hemisphere. Its curving, sand-coloured building evokes wind-sculpted rock and faces east toward the rising sun. Exhibitions are developed in collaboration with Native communities across the Americas.
