Museo Nazionale Romano – Palazzo Massimo

Palazzo Massimo alle Terme is one of four sites of the Museo Nazionale Romano, holding the finest of the state's ancient Roman art. Highlights include the garden-room frescoes from the Villa of Livia, the bronze Boxer at Rest, and Roman mosaics. An upper floor preserves wall paintings rarely seen elsewhere.
