MOCA — Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles

The Museum of Contemporary Art collects art made since 1940 across two main venues, the Arata Isozaki building on Grand Avenue and the Geffen Contemporary in a former warehouse in Little Tokyo. Holdings include Abstract Expressionism, Pop, and large-scale installation work. Rotating exhibitions draw on a permanent collection of several thousand works.
